Our services include:
- Consultation and Site Assessment: Evaluating your property to recommend the best products and solutions.

Additional Costs: Any unforeseen costs arising from site conditions or client-requested modifications will be communicated and require approval before proceeding.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Ensure our team has clear and unobstructed access to the installation areas.
- Information: Provide accurate details about your property and any specific requirements or concerns.
- Permits: Secure any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation on your property.
5. Warranty and Maintenance
- Warranty: We offer a 15 year warranty on our installation services and products, covering defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
- Maintenance: Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the effectiveness and longevity of your mosquito meshes and blinds. We offer maintenance services upon request.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule your installation, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled installation may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: We will strive to accommodate rescheduling requests, though availability may vary based on our schedule.
7. Liability
Home Safety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
