  • Service-Related Refunds: Refunds for services are considered only if the installation has not yet been completed. Once the installation is complete, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of customized services.
  • Product-Related Refunds: Refunds for products such as mosquito mesh, honeycomb blinds, and aluminum mosquito mesh are available under the following conditions:
    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
    • The refund request is made within [X] days of receiving the product.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
